Artura has become the first outsourced estimating company to receive the prestigious Kitemark for Vehicle Damage Repair certification from BSI. The BSI Vehicle Damage Repair Kitemark, which aligns with BS 10125 specifications, has traditionally been associated with physical repair facilities. The certification process involved a rigorous assessment of our estimating protocols, training programs, technical expertise, and adherence to industry best practices for vehicles up to 5 tonnes GVW and less than 40 years old.
